Master Tech RV was founded by Tim and Kathy Klenk in 1998 as an independent RV service business. In 2009 he came for training at MCD in McKinney, TX in order to qualify to become an authorized installation center for the American Duo^® Day/Night Shades.

Things went very well in the RV dealership service department. Tim Klenk, CEO, and Founder of Master Tech RV developed strong relationships with all the RV manufacturers such as Monaco, Newmar, Country Coach, Keystone, and many others. Over the years Tim’s experience and skills expanded. He was offered a position as parts, customer service, and warranty claims manager at one of the largest RV builders in the area. Tim gained more expertise and depth of knowledge working in the manufacturing sector. Thanks to Tim’s leadership and a great crew, all departments excelled in performance and customer satisfaction.

When the time was right, Tim made the tough decision to strike out on his own. In 1998 Tim and Kathy purchased property with buildings large enough for Tim to launch his very own RV Service Business. Over the years the business grew, as did the great reputation for quality repairs done at Master Tech RV. In 2003, Master Tech RV Service moved to its current location in Elkhart, IN. Along with our paint station, we can house up to thirty motor homes or travel trailers inside, and we offer free camping on site with electric, water, and dump site.
