MCD Innovations Honors 3rd Quarter S.T.A.R. Employees
McKinney, TX - MCD Innovations, the world's leading day and night roller shade manufacturer honored two employees with the Jody Casey S.T.A.R. Award for the third quarter of 2013. One award will go to an honored employee in the Manufacturing group at MCD and one award will go to an honored employee on the Administration / Management team.
Joy Allen (Customer Service) and Melissa Jones (Shade Assembler) were both presented with the Jody Casey S.T.A.R. Award. This award honors the attributes that Jody Casey, an employee of MCD who tragically lost his life in an automobile accident, exemplified. Those qualities are dependability, sensitivity, helpfulness, kindness, and hard-working with a willingness to help anyone. The award was presented by OEM Coordinator Amanda Rogers.
Rogers noted during the presentation that, "MCD is proud of all of its hard-working, dedicated employees and the company would not be where it is today without them."
