MCD Honors fourth Quarter 2013 S.T.A.R. Employees
McKinney, TX – MCD Innovations, the world’s leading day and night roller shade manufacturer honored two employees with the Jody Casey S.T.A.R. Award for the fourth quarter of 2013. One award will go to an honored employee in the Manufacturing group at MCD and one award will go to an honored employee on the Administration / Management team.
Peggy Grich (Sales and Customer Service), and Gustavo Fernandez (Shade Programmer and QC) were presented the awards to honor the attributes that Jody Casey, an employee of MCD who tragically lost his life in an automobile accident, exemplified. Those qualities are dependability, sensitivity, helpfulness, kindness, and hard working with a willingness to help anyone.
It was stated during the presentation that, “January 2014 was the best production month in the history of MCD. All the employees here contributed to that success.”
Each recipient of the S.T.A.R. Award was given a check for $250.
